Terms and Conditions of Service
When engaging the consulting services of PartnerUp the following terms and conditions of service apply:
- All costs are indicative and are based on the current understanding of the scope of works at the time of providing an estimate.
- All fees and charges are listed in AUD and are excluding GST unless otherwise stated.
- Additional third party costs (eg production, mail-house fulfilment, etc), events and disbursements may be billed separately at cost subject to prior client approval of these costs.
- Reasonable on costs such as phone costs are included in the quoted fees while any large disbursements such as travel, taxi’s etc are billed at cost.
- PartnerUp work with qualified third parties who have a proven track record but can offer a 3 quote guarantee for all third party engagements if required (an additional charge may apply).
- In developing cost estimates, PartnerUp utilises anticipated partner response rates and negotiation tenure based on previous experience and an understanding of the scope of the work at the time. This will require validation once a full induction has occurred.
- Each brand acquired is considered a Partner acquisition i.e. an organisation with 3 distinct brands will be considered 3 individual Partner acquisitions.
- Due to the nature of working with third party approval processes, projects are based on estimated average approval times but cannot be guaranteed.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Upon acceptance of an estimate, PartnerUp will provide a Service Agreement to the client which needs to be agreed to in writing (either via email or signing the service agreement by an authorised representative of the client).
- By approving the Service Agreement in writing the client agrees to the terms of that Service Agreement including any upfront payment and payment terms.
